Radisson Blu Hotel, Cluj - Cluj-Napoca

The hotel claims to be a five-star gem but failing at the basics. Absolutely no wifi, and those room switches, no idea what they do! I expected a room upgrade for my trouble, but clearly, that's not on their agenda. Breakfast selection was a sad spectacle, just couldn't give it a higher rating.

our room had a very comfy bed and a pleasant view. location: the hotel was really close to the park, major attraction points and cluj-napoca.

Great and peaceful location - close to Polyvalent Hall Arena. Also - next to Cluj Napoca, the Central Park and major attraction points. Bright, reasonably large unit with which works perfectly, excellent services and the ambient temperature.

The location of the hotel is just right in the park, super easy access, and the staff were real friendly! Loved the late-night room service and that i got upgraded to a suite for free! Breakfast was amazin, lots of options, and it was served early, which really helped us out.

The brekkie was just fantastic, with so much variety-especially those a la carte options! Loving the cozy vibe. After a long day, coming back to clean, comfy rooms with killer views was a dream. Honestly, chommies at the reception.

Just a bit bummed about the parking fees being steep, could've been included, ja, no?

A good breakfast surprise

Waking up to a beautiful view and a really good breakfast spread was the highlight of my stay. The staff's cheerful demeanor. The hotel's bar had a relaxed atmosphere.

The check-in process could use some streamlining as it felt longer than necessary.

The service is excellent. The room was spacious, clean, and perfectly suited for our family, with comfortable beds. Breakfast had so many delicious options, including freshly cooked eggs.

We enjoyed our stay in a beautifully modern Standard Room, with its convenient amenities like a minibar and Nespresso machine. The breakfast selection impressed us, particularly the quality of the a la carte options. A bit of noise from the outside affected our sleep, but overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Had a lovely, spacious Junior Suite with a fab view! The team was super friendly and efficient-Denisa really worked her magic to get us dinner at a busy restaurant. Oh, and the bar? Totally good!

But let's not pretend the cleaning staff has help-one overworked lady for the entire floor? I mean, come on! And water bottles? Apparently, they're like rare gems here.

I admired the modern decor throughout the Radisson Blu Hotel, Cluj. The spacious and bright common areas were very accessible, enjoying the lovely surroundings.

A balcony for fresh air would be nice.

Really good Culinary Experience and Scenic Views

I had the pleasure of staying in a Standard Room with scenic views. The breakfast was a highlight-featuring a lavish buffet alongside a la carte selections, including freshly prepared omelets. I also appreciated the effortless access to Central Park right across the street which was perfect for morning walks. One area for improvement would be to enhance the organization of luggage storage, as it felt a bit chaotic during peak times.

Who needs free parking, free pet fee, and free breakfast? Definitely not me!
